The Eating House. The chef won the food network competition Chopped and consuming the cuisine at this spot, I could taste why. Three dishes I can recommend now: The Chicken and Waffles, spicy, sweet, crunchy and delicious, The hash browns with homemade ketchup and the Carbonara Eggs Benedict with white truffle sauce. Oh, and the Tang Mimosa. You can make reservations and just might want to, it was packed from the time I got there to the time I left and it’s not the biggest space. But the taste is as big as it gets!Here, I’m with the chef Giorgio Rapicavoli. And as you can see they serve Publix Coffee and ain’t ashamed to show it. I mean we could almost stop and start with “The Godfather”. But he co-produced the birth of his daughter who did the wonderful “Virgin Suicides” and “Lost in Translation” and his son Roman did that awesome Windows phone commercial that’s out now with the guy that has the apple logo on his chest. But there has been some misfires. His daughter in Godfather 3, his daughters “marie antoinette”, Roman’s (just pick one). But the Coppola wine, I’ve not had a bad bottle yet!
